Boat Storage and Marina Slips

All 185 Perryville Marina Boat slips are covered and available in various sizes up to 50 feet. Electrical and City Water are available for all slips.

Perryville Marina Boat Slip Rates

Note: Boat slips are rented by slip size and length of lease. Prices are starting prices and may vary.

All listed prices are for one year leases.

• Six month lease add $25.00 to the monthly rate

• Three month leases add $35.00 to the monthly rate

Pier 1

Pier 1 has 70 slips total some are 10'X20' and the rest are 10'X24'

All slips are covered with access to 110 electrical and water is available for boat needs.

A 10' X 20' rents for $75.00 per month.

A 10' X 24' rents for $80.00 per month.

#38 through #70 also #18, #20, #22, #24, #26, #28, #30, #32, #34, #36

Pier 2

Pier 2 has 43 slips that differ more in size and rates.

All slips are covered with electrical metered power for boats and  water is available.

Slips: 1 through 11 rent for $95.00 per month

Slips: 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21 rent for $100.00 per month

Slips: 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 34, 35, 36, 37, rent for $105.00 per month

Slips: 24-30 & 38-43 rent for $105.00 per month

Boat House Space

All Boat House spaces rent according to square footage.

All slips have electrical and city water available through the local utility companies.

Note: You may request the square footage that we have at the marina.

Any additions made to your boathouse must be submitted in writing to the marina with a description and the square footage for approval. Only one year leases available for spaces.

TRANSIENT RATES

$1.00 per FT (per day)

Discount offered on rates if fuel is purchased more than 100 gallons, call for details

Overnights for small boats, pontoons etc. $25.00 per night.

Note: Rates do not include electric power usage on metered sites & slips power is billed monthly on your statement based on your usage. There is a $25.00 connect / meter set up fee for power usage.
